I am a Management Psychologist and Consultant. My work involves applying the science of psychology to the management consulting world through assessments, coaching and organizational consultation.

The journey to my current professional focus began when I obtained a doctorate from Harvard University in Human Development, an innovative research-based behavioral sciences program. This education provided me with a sound basis for my work with leaders and organizations through exposure to cutting edge research and theory on adult development, systems-thinking and applied psychology.

My professional experience includes internal roles in corporate and nonprofit settings including: global manufacturing (Rogers Corporation), professional services (Right Management Consultants, Inc.), health care (Lowell General Hospital, Harvard Community Health Plan) and academia (Wellesley College, Emerson College, Harvard University).  As a Leadership Consultant, I enjoy working with a wide variety of industries and I have experience with companies that range from global corporations to small startups. A sample of companies I have worked with include Starwood Hotels, 3M, Liberty Mutual, Bayer Corporation, Nortel Networks, CAB Health and Recovery, University of Massachusetts and others.


My work has revealed that no matter how big or how small, whether a global technology company or a small nonprofit, companies require talented, engaged and aligned leaders to meet their goals and ensure sustainability.  It is a simple concept that is surprisingly difficult to achieve.


On a personal note.......................Isn't that a nice relaxing photo of palm trees and a sunset ?

I am Cuban-American and I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. I now live in the snowy, chilly Northeast, and though I love being a New Englander, I dearly miss the palm trees and beautiful sunsets of the Gulf Coast.  My husband is a native New Englander of Chinese heritage.  The diversity of my family helps to explain the value I place, and the enjoyment I experience, in working with people of diverse personal and professional backgrounds.

I also, of course, enjoy traveling to warm and sunny places.
