ASSESSMENTS
Our Assessment page will tell you more about our approach to these services. Assessments are very amenable to virtual delivery as most assessments these days are administered online. We tailor the assessment process to your needs and deliver feedback by telephone.
LEADERSHIP COACHING
Coaching via telephone is a widely accepted practice today. Though there are some disadvantages to the lack of face-to-face contact, there are also some advantages such as greater privacy and confidentiality. It is also, of course, more convenient and less costly. With growing concerns about sustainability and reducing costs associated with travel, virtual coaching can be the perfect solution.
Virtual Leadership Coaching is appropriate for either Corporate or Private coaching. With Corporate Leadership Coaching, we contract with companies to provide coaching of one or more leaders within the organization. It is similar to our Executive Coaching services except that delivery is exclusively via telephone rather than face-to-face. It can be particularly appropriate for leaders in remote locations.
Private Leadership Coaching is when an Executive, Manager, Professional or Entrepreneur contracts directly with us on a personal basis rather than through his/her company. The advantages to this approach include a greater level of confidentiality and flexibility in designing the coaching program. The disadvantage of private leadership coaching is that you are responsible for the coaching fee yourself and also you may not fully benefit from your company's resources which can be an asset to leadership coaching.
One reason people choose private leadership coaching is when they are considering leaving a job, or at least want that option openly on the table. You may be uncomfortable dealing with this or other sensitive work topics through a corporate coaching contract. Interestingly, we have worked with people who sought out personal coaching services to address these issues who then decided to stay within their companies after making changes that led to greater work satisfaction.
CAREER SERVICES
Career services are very amenable to virtual delivery. You may be in transition between jobs, considering a job change, seeking guidance regarding future career options or considering a major career overhaul including retirement or semi-retirement options. You may benefit from a variety of services we offer include coaching, assessments, resume critique, interview prep and debrief, how to effectively market yourself and related topics.
The primary value from career services is the individualized coaching approach. The internet is filled with valuable online resources to assist people with their careers. Monster.com, Career builder, Wall Street Journal are just a few of the sites with information on resumes, interviews, career changing, etc. There are many others. So why seek individual career coaching? The answer is simple: you want the value that comes from personalized 1:1 feedback and advice. Someone who can assist you if you are either stuck, uncertain or in need of a greater focus in your career exploration. And that's where we come in!
